I had a different smart ring before this (i won’t name). Used it for about a month and honestly it just didn’t feel reliable. Some days sleep looked great, next day it showed completely off numbers even when my routine was same. Also had a couple of sync issues which got frustrating over time. Switched to OREN recently and so far it’s been way more consistent.
