What They Think About Oren
I had a different smart ring before this (i won’t name). Used it for about a month and honestly it just didn’t feel reliable. Some days sleep looked great, next day it showed completely off numbers even when my routine was same. Also had a couple of sync issues which got frustrating over time. Switched to OREN recently and so far it’s been way more consistent. Sleep and stress tracking actually matches how I feel during the day and on top of that it tells me actionable steps i have to take in daily life regarding my health. Still early but definitely feels like an upgrade.
Bought a smart ring earlier this year and had a pretty bad experience. Sensors stopped working randomly after a few weeks and support wasn’t helpful at all. Took too long just to get basic responses. I didn’t really want to try another ring after that but ended up getting OREN. Been using it for around 2 months now — no issues so far. Data feels stable and battery is decent. Honestly just relieved it works the way it’s supposed to.
Not someone who wears jewellery so I was a bit skeptical about smart rings in general. Tried one earlier and it felt bulky + uncomfortable during sleep. OREN is noticeably lighter. Took me like 2–3 days to get used to it and now I barely notice it. Main thing for me was sleep tracking and this actually gives useful insights instead of just numbers. Didn’t expect much but it’s been pretty solid till now.
I’ve used a smartwatch for years and recently tried switching to a smart ring (not OREN). Biggest issue was it looked good but data didn’t really help me improve anything. Everything felt very surface level. Got OREN after that and the difference is mostly in how the data is presented. It actually tells you what’s off instead of just showing stats. Not perfect, but definitely more practical than what I was using before.

Bro I switched from Apple Watch and ngl this feels way cleaner. No constant buzzing, just straight up data with actionable steps. Tbh I really loved this , like when there are other rings in the market that just gives you data and i didn’t know what to do with that, MATE gives me data + what measures to take regarding this.
Tried 2 other smart rings before this. Both looked good but data was all over the place. This one actually makes sense.
Didn’t buy it for hype, bought it to track sleep. Turns out my sleep was messed up. Fixing it now. Worth it.
At first I thought it’s just another wearable. But the recovery insights are crazy accurate. Gym performance improved legit.
Way better than wearing a bulky watch 24/7. This just sits there and does its job. Lowkey powerful.
The biggest difference? It doesn’t distract you. My watch used to ping all day. This just tracks silently.
Honestly, I didn’t even care about health tracking before this. Now I check my stats daily. Got me hooked.
I compared it with Oura before buying. Price vs value — this made more sense for me. No regrets.
Not gonna lie, bought it because it looked clean. Stayed because the data is actually useful.
This is not for people who want notifications. This is for people who actually want to understand their body.
Used a smartwatch for 2 years. This feels like an upgrade, not a replacement.
The UI + insights combo is solid. Not just numbers, it actually tells you what to fix.
Didn’t expect it to be this accurate tbh. Compared with my watch for a week - this felt more reliable.
Minimal, clean, no nonsense. Exactly what I was looking for. Most devices overdo it, this doesn’t.
