  • Arpree Tech Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at 3rd Floor, Orchid Centre, Golf Course Road, Sector-53, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002 ("we," "us," or "our") owns, manages, and operates the website Www.oren.fit (the "Website") through which we, among other things, facilitate the sale of electronics and other products to users ("User" or "Users" or "you" or "your").
  • We strive to provide our users with an exceptional customer experience, from order placement to returns (where applicable). We aim to make your shopping experience on our platform seamless and convenient.
  • This Cancellation, Replacement, Return, and Refund Policy (the "Policy"), together with the Terms and Conditions, governs the procedures and policies for product cancellations, replacements, returns, and refunds.

  1. Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Arpree Tech Solutions Private Limited! We are committed to providing you with high-quality electronic products and a positive shopping experience. As we are a new business, we are currently operating with a limited return and refund policy.

  • Cancellation of Products
  1. You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment being marked as “Out for Delivery.” Orders cannot be cancelled once the package is “Out for Delivery.” You can track your order under ‘My cart’ section of your account on Website.
  2. If you change your mind about an order before it ships, you may cancel it through the "My cart" section of your account on the Website.
  3. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will make every effort to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been marked "Out for Delivery." You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. The refund for the cancelled order will be processed within 3-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
  4. If your order has already been “out for Delivery”, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy below.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances without any prior intimation to the customer and a full refund will be initiated for the order.
  • Damaged or defective Products

We understand that occasionally products may arrive damaged or with technical defects. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at our customer care section:

Photos or videos of the damaged or defective product

  1. Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will gladly replace the product with a new one. We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective products; we will only provide a replacement.
  • Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for any other reasons besides damage or defects present at the time of delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Incorrect product ordered
  3. Product no longer needed

We appreciate your understanding as we establish our business and refine our policies. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions and specifications before placing your order.   • Refund

As we only offer replacements for damaged or defective products and do not accept other returns at this time, we do not currently issue refunds. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement product is unavailable or if the damage/defect cannot be reasonably rectified.

  1. Special Terms Conditions

Due to the nature of Smart Rings being wearable electronic devices with personal sizing and hygiene considerations, the following additional terms apply: 

  1. Return for Issue Size: - Smart Rings are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Customers are encouraged to carefully review and follow the sizing guide provided on the Website before placing an order.
  2. Hygiene Wearable Product Exception For hygiene and safety reasons, Smart Rings that have been opened, worn, paired, or activated are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  3. Manufacturing Defects Only Replacement for Smart Rings will be provided only in cases of verified manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery, along with:
  • Order ID 
  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect
  • Original packaging intact
  1. E.No Replacement for Normal Wear Tear Issues arising from:
    • Water damage beyond rated specifications
    • Physical damage, scratches, dents
    • Improper usage, charging, or handling 
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered under replacement or refund.
  1. Software App Compatibility Disclaimer Compatibility issues arising from third-party applications, unsupported devices, or operating system updates do not qualify as defects unless explicitly stated.
