Delete Data
Delete your OREN Account
If you would like to permanently delete your OREN account and associated personal data, you can request account deletion directly from the OREN mobile application.
Using the App
- Open OREN.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
Your account will immediately be disabled and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days.
What data is deleted
When deletion is completed, we permanently delete:
- Account profile
- Personal information
- Health records
- Ring synchronization history
- Device associations
- Authentication credentials
What data may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Financial or tax compliance (if applicable)
Such retained information is only kept for the period required by applicable law.
